UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has advised the directors and co-owners of DJ Civils Limited on a buy-out of the company by Thwack Partners.
DJ Civils is a leading civil engineering firm based in Kent, specialising in groundworks, drainage, street works, utility installation and attendances, reinforced concrete structures, hard & soft landscaping, retaining walls, reinforced earth structures and highway projects. The investment from Thwack Partners will support the next phase of the company’s growth strategy.
Directors Dan Donohoe and James Beale will continue to lead DJ Civils’ existing team, ensuring that their client base continues to receive a top tier service.
The Browne Jacobson team was led by Partner Ryan Brown and Associate Harpinder Nahl with support from Trainee Solicitor Seivin Ibish. Associate Christian Burchardt and Partner Graham Ball advised from a tax and banking perspective respectively.
