CPD for School Leaders on the Equality Act

Supporting pupils with protected characteristics

Our Equality in Schools CPD training programme equips school and trust leaders with the knowledge and confidence to understand their legal responsibilities and make informed decisions on equality issues.

Save time and money while mitigating risk, ensuring your school or trust gets things right from the outset.

Course outcomes

By completing this programme, delegates will be able to ensure a consistent approach across their organisation, with all leaders/governors working to the same policies and procedures.

We encourage a growth mindset, where senior leaders can develop their knowledge and expertise, share practical advice with other leaders, tips and experience and build confidence when supporting pupils with protected characteristics.

You’ll gain the confidence that decisions being made in respect of pupils with protected characteristics are legally compliant and reflect best practice and recognise that it is a constantly evolving landscape.
