Gavin Bluett

Gavin is a partner in Browne Jacobson’s Irish corporate team. He has substantial experience in advising clients on equity and debt investments, corporate finance, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments.

Gavin advises established businesses, early stage and high growth companies across a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, med-tech, healthcare, retail, hospitality, construction and manufacturing.

Gavin has developed a reputation as a lawyer who provides practical, innovative, and effective solutions to clients, while building long-term and trusted relationships having worked in the Irish corporate law market for the last 12 years. As a result he regularly works with clients to assist them making and implementing strategic decisions including incentivisation schemes for senior employees, succession planning, acquisitions and disposals.

Gavin also regularly mentors, hosts workshops for and gives talks to early stage and high growth companies on company law and corporate law issues.

Gavin is a Council Member of the Galway Chamber of Commerce.
