Mental health, capacity and deprivation of liberty case law update

In this webinar, Neil Ward, partner in our health care advisory team, focuses on two areas of case law. First, Neil covers two challenging cases in the management of patients lacking capacity for management of pregnancy. Then he moves on to deprivation of liberty, analysing the Supreme Court’s decision in the case of MM as well as Wakefield v DN, PJ and JTA.
