Sherelle was called to the Bar in 2019 and immediately joined Browne Jacobson LLP as an Assistant Advocate. Sherelle is a Barrister (Associate) based in the Birmingham office and is instructed by several of the firm’s key clients to attend professional discipline proceedings, handling multiple day complex cases as well as Education Tribunals, various civil hearings.
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson Sherelle worked closely with vulnerable witnesses through her employment as with a Family Law firm within the domestic violence department. She attended County and Magistrates Courts across the South-Eastern Circuit obtaining non-molestation orders on behalf of domestic violence victims.
Sherelle is an advocate for social mobility and is an active member of our BJReach community. She is passionate about increasing access to the Bar in England and Wales and has mentored many students from minority ethnic backgrounds.
