Paul heads up our legal project management (LPM) function at Browne Jacobson. Paul is responsible for developing the LPM function as well as operating as a legal project manager on significant projects for our clients.
Paul was previously a corporate lawyer and partner at Browne Jacobson specialising in M&A and private equity transactions and corporate governance, acting for management teams, large corporates, SMEs and private equity firms. Paul has gained significant hands-on project management experience in his 15 years working on and running corporate transactions and projects. Having gained the PRINCE2, APMP and IILPM qualifications, he has since transitioned to a full-time legal project management role, drawing on his corporate experience to support clients and colleagues in delivering significant projects both in the public and private sectors.
