The Browne Jacobson corporate finance team continues to be a leading advisor, receiving recognition as the go-to advisor, for corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
The team has been shortlisted for a host of accolades at the upcoming East Midlands Insider Dealmakers Awards 2021 including “Corporate Law firm of the Year” and “Emerging Dealmaker of the Year” for Corporate Senior Associate Sandra Wong. The tertiary buyout of Addo Food Group from LDC and Fullbrook Thorpe Investments LLP by PAI Partners, which the team advised on, has been shortlisted as “Deal of the Year”. In the North West, the expanding team based in Manchester were recognised in the NW Dealmakers Awards 2020 for advising on the “Deal of the Year (sub £10m)”.
The team has also been named a finalist in the "Regional Legal Adviser of the Year" category at The Private Equity Awards 2021.
