We are delighted to invite you to our first Claims Club session of 2025 in Exeter.
With interactive sessions focused on both practical legal issues and soft skills.
Agenda:
- Join us for refreshments and pastries prior to the session.
- Luke Berry, Barrister, will focus on the Inquest process, providing practical advice and guidance and looking at the wider implications of an inquest for the organisations involved.
- Sam Harms, L&D Business Partner, looks beyond pure technical legal skills at the O shaped movement, a framework to think differently about clients’ challenges, collaboration and the role of the legal team.
- And finally, we will provide a legal case update on notable decisions/procedural developments and future risks.
- We hope you will join us for an opportunity to network with peers over refreshments and lunch.
