Browne Jacobson advises Care Fertility Group on acquisition of CRGW

UK & Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson advised the UK’s largest private fertility clinic, Care Fertility Group (CARE), on its acquisition of IVF treatment provider, Centre for Reproduction & Gynaecology Wales (CRGW). 

The deal is the latest of CARE’s acquisitions in the medical sector and showcases the ongoing drive as a market leader to provide pioneering fertility and IVF care.

CARE is at the forefront of IVF science and clinical technology and offers highly advanced and effective procedures to support patients on their journey to become parents. 

CRGW, an IVF treatment provider based in Wales, is dedicated to delivering highly technical and high scientific standards. Across its network of fertility clinics across the South West, CRGW prioritises placing patients before profit to enable affordable, cost-effective fertility treatment options.
