Browne Jacobson advises Inspeq AI on $1.1m investment led by Sure Valley Ventures

05 June 2024

Law firm Browne Jacobson’s Irish corporate team has advised Inspeq AI, a transformative full-stack AI Ops platform on a $1.1 million investment round.

Founded in Dublin in 2023, Inspeq AI assists developers in optimising all generative AI production and development phases, from testing and evaluation to monitoring, performance, and guard-railing of B2B and Enterprise AI applications.

This investment fuels their mission to become the vanguard of safe and reliable AI development, revolutionising Gen-AI application deployment with its comprehensive platform designed for effective and efficient production. With the new funding, Inspeq AI plans to expand its team in Applied AI, Data Science, and Full Stack Development, and extend its operations in Ireland, London, and India.

The funding round was led by Sure Valley Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage AI software companies in the UK and Ireland, with participation from Delta Partners. Other backers include Plug and Play, and a number of other angel investors leading AI initiatives globally.

The Browne Jacobson team included Partner William Darmody and Principal Associate James Byrne.

Will Darmody, Partner at Browne Jacobson, said: “It’s been fantastic working with Inspeq AI to secure what is a landmark investment for them. The Inspeq team is at the cutting edge of generative AI optimisation, and with the sheer number of opportunities generative AI can bring for the corporate sector, we’re delighted to support them on their continued growth.”
