Our expertise

Structuring enterprise subsidiary

We advised on the incorporation of its main trading subsidiary, governance, changes to the corporate structure and makeup of the subsidiary’s board. We also advise on their direct IP licensing to commercialise new green technology.

Securing ERDF funding

We advised Keele University with their European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) application to secure funding. This included state aid compliance advice, looking at valuing contributions and exemptions.

Research collaboration to improve ED&I

We’re collaborating with the University of Nottingham in a UKRI funded research project to improve equality, diversity and inclusion on behalf of our clients. An initial strand focused on improving accessibility of policy documents in partnership with their linguistics team.
