Vicky Lapins

Vicky is an experienced and highly regarded associate working within our national social care and abuse team. She specialises in advising in relation to and in the defence claims for child abuse, safeguarding, human rights, data protection and in negligence. She is recognised for her thoroughness, her in depth knowledge and pragmatic approach in this area of law and for her understanding of the challenges that both our public sector and other clients face in dealing with highly sensitive claims in the areas of child and adult social care. 

Vicky’s client base spans a wide geographical area from Cheshire in the North West to Devon in the South West, the Midlands, London and the South East.
