Tyler Isaac

Tyler is a third seat trainee currently in the employment team. In addition to undertaking seats in the education, corporate and employment teams, he spent two-and-a-half years as a legal assistant in the banking and finance team at Browne Jacobson. 

In the banking and finance team, Tyler primarily advised on project finance transactions whilst also supporting the team on leveraged finance and sponsor led debt transactions and real estate finance.  

During his time in the education team, Tyler supported on a variety of matters including special educational needs and disability matters, pupil behaviour and school exclusions and regulatory compliance for schools and academy trusts.  

As a corporate trainee, Tyler supported the team on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He also undertook transaction support and due diligence. 

As a part of the education team at Browne Jacobson, Tyler has supported on a number of employment tribunal cases, acting for clients in both the private and public sector.
