Shannon Martin

Shannon is an insurance claims handler within the delegated authority claims handling team. She has several years of experience providing excellent client service to insurers, policyholders and brokers. Shannon also assists the Financial Professional Risk team on litigated matters. Shannon has an LLB (Hons) Law Degree and is currently studying with CILEx to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.  

Shannon has experience of handling the following delegated authority schemes: 

• Professional Indemnity 

• Directors’ and Officers’ Liability 

• Corporate Legal Liability 

• Copyright Infringement 

• Technology and Media 

Shannon also advises on policy coverage investigations.
