Rebecca Coe

Rebecca leads one of our specialist maternity claim teams. She has extensive experience defending high value and/or complex clinical negligence claims for NHS bodies including NHS Resolution. In her current practice she manages complex, high value and high-profile maternity claims as well as supporting the NHS and its staff following devastating maternity incidents.

Rebecca began her career in clinical negligence claims in 2010, representing injured patients. Having seen claims from both sides of the fence, Rebecca strongly commits to principles of empathy, fairness and learning from claims.

Rebecca assists in arranging collaboration events to also share learning between Trusts, help dissipate racial disparities in maternity outcomes, and delivers training on maternity-related topics such as consent.
