Nicholas Saunders

Nicholas specialises in professional liability claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has particular experience in defending claims against solicitors and advising insurers in relation to solicitors’ professional indemnity insurance policies, including the resolution of coverage disputes through arbitration. He has also dealt with the defence of claims against a variety of financial professionals including accountants, IFAs and brokers.
