Natasha Duckett

Natasha is an HR consultant in our HR services team and has been working within HR since 2000. She has generalist experience in advising a variety of sectors including education, not for profit, retail and SME consultancy. This range of experience allows Natasha to have a flexible and adaptable working style, to provide client focused advice and support to schools and academies on all HR management issues, that is pragmatic, and results driven.   

Natasha has a strong employee relations skill set and has led clients through complex change management programmes and casework including safeguarding matters. 

Natasha is passionate about ensuring organisations get the best out of their employees, by developing a real knowledge of clients and their needs.
