Laura Chinyere-Ezeh

Laura Chinyere-Ezeh leads Browne Jacobson’s HR services for the health and social care sector.

With over a decade of experience as an HR generalist, she brings expertise in CQC-regulated environments. Prior to joining the firm, she was an HR business partner at Ramsay Healthcare and was part of senior leadership teams for three neurological rehabilitation centres’, clinical support functions for acute care (diagnostics, pharmacy, and decontamination) as well as central corporate teams. Laura has also held several HR management positions, including with a domiciliary care provider for local authorities.

In her current role, Laura works closely with employment lawyers to provide pragmatic advice on day-to-day HR issues. She is passionate about creating supportive and thriving work environments that empower healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. As such, she supports operational and strategic initiatives, such as workforce planning, fostering career-first cultures, wellbeing and absence management, and restructurings, all aimed at helping organisations achieve their objectives while maintaining a focus on high-quality care.
