Karen Wai

Karen joined the Company Secretarial team in 2021, she has more than 10 years’ experience in similar role. She began her career with a Hong Kong based corporate services provider.

Thereafter, she worked in an international law firm and an international corporate services company. She has moved to UK in 2018 and is familiar with all companies house filing, company formation and other company secretarial matters.

Karen is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
