Jonathan is an Associate in the Corporate Team with experience on a range of Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions. Having advised on both domestic and international transactions Jonathan has worked closely with private companies, individuals and institutions providing peace of mind and pragmatic legal advice.

Jonathan focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity investments, guiding clients through each transaction with a keen awareness for the commercial situation and the individual client needs.
