Jenny Beaumont

Jenny is a Senior Associate in Browne Jacobson’s education employment team providing employment law advice and assistance to clients in the education sector, nationwide. Jenny has over eight years’ experience of providing specialist employment law and education law advice to maintained schools and academies. Jenny understands the unique nature of employment law in an education context and regularly advises on matters such as terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary issues, safeguarding matters, TUPE transfers and strategic issues such as restructures.

Jenny is experienced in dealing with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment work and has extensive experience of managing employment tribunal claims.
