Jennifer Jenkins

Jennifer provides strategic, transactional and advisory employment support to clients across the private sector and the health and life sciences sector, often in relation to complex, high-value and sensitive matters up to board level.

Jennifer has particular expertise in non-contentious transactions and projects, as well as complex employee exits. She is a technical expert in challenging areas of employment law such as TUPE and has built a strong reputation with clients as being a trusted advisor who is adept at translating complex legal principles and bringing to bear her experience from transactions in different sectors to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.

Jennifer works closely with the firm’s health and life sciences clients and has a clear understanding of this sector and the regulatory frameworks that apply. She also works closely with our corporate team on the employment aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. She regularly provides training to clients including in relation to workplace investigations and diversity and inclusion issues.
