Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Health, Advisory and Litigation department specialising in defending clinical negligence claims against healthcare providers.
Jennifer leads a team of lawyers specialising in Ambulance and Emergency Medicine related claims. Jennifer has extensive experience handling complex and high value claims. This includes cases involving significant brain injuries, amputations, fatalities and spinal cord injuries.
Jennifer’s personality makes her very easy to work with and as a consequence she enjoys strong relationships with clients, clinicians, experts and expert agencies. She has also delivered training to various organisations and undertaken numerous in-house secondments for various NHS Trusts and NHS Resolution.
Jennifer prides herself on providing thorough, robust and pragmatic advice to her clients whilst also identifying any learning opportunities.
