Jasmine Shokar

Jasmine is a trainee solicitor based in our Nottingham office and has been at the firm since 2018, initially starting off in Legal Support, then as a paralegal before accepting a training contract offer. Jasmine’s previous experience includes working within our real estate team working across all departments i.e. residential, built environment, retail, health and education before focusing on the built environment and residential team mainly advising private individuals and public sector clients on residential sale/purchases, social housing site set ups and easements and leases.

Jasmine is part of our BJ Reach Steering Group which looks to create a diverse and equal work environment for all with a focus on bringing more awareness to different cultures and religions. Since joining, Jasmine has become a co-lead for South Asian Heritage Month and our Education Group within Reach.  

Jasmine has published articles in Local Government Lawyer and Lexology as well as our own News and Articles section within our webpage during her seat in our government and infrastructure team.
