Emma is a legal director working in the real estate team bringing a wealth of experience in all types of real estate transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, lease negotiations, property financing and leading on the commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
Emma has over 17 years’ experience in the Irish real estate market and has broad experience across all real estate sectors (office, industrial, hospitality and retail). Emma has been involved in many landmark real estate transactions in Ireland in recent years. Prior to joining Browne Jacobson in September 2024, Emma worked for a large leading Irish law firm.
