Emily Berridge

Emily is a member of a dedicated team who specialise in dealing with volume transactions involving residential properties. Our team’s work consists of shared ownership plot sales for registered providers, right to buy and right to acquire disposals for local authorities and registered providers, staircasing for registered providers, and buy backs of housing stock previously sold. Alongside this public sector work, the team also has private sector clients, the work consists of investment property plot sales as well as high value bespoke plot sales. 

Emily has recently started her legal journey as a solicitor apprentice, with her first seat in the residential property team. She deals with both private and public sector clients and thrives for a high-quality client experience. 

Emily is passionate about promoting the solicitor apprenticeship as a route into law and is often involved in presentations with young people thinking about a career in law.
