Daniel O’Brien

Daniel is an associate in Browne Jacobson’s government and infrastructure team based in Manchester. He advises public sector clients on a range of corporate, commercial and governance issues. This includes the establishment of partnerships, governance reviews and restructures, commercial contracts and procurement with particular recent experience in the waste and leisure sectors.

Daniel joined the firm as an associate in November 2021, with a background as a banking and finance lawyer having advised both lender and borrower clients in the public and private sector on a range of transactions. This background provides him with strong experience that allows him to connect with and understand the perspectives of both public and private sector clients.
