Abigail Stokes

Abigail is a legal assistant within the banking and finance team at Browne Jacobson. She provides key legal support to the banking and finance team across Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester. She assists on a wide range of financing transactions which include real estate finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring and general corporate lending. Abigail works with a variety of clients including banks, plc/limited companies and private equity firms.

Abigail joined the firm in April 2022, having previously worked at Trowers & Hamlins. Prior to joining the firm, Abigail completed the legal practice course and has been actively involved in pro bono opportunities to provide support to communities around Birmingham. She is currently in the process of joining the Birmingham Community Action Committee at Browne Jacobson where she hopes to get involved in further community work.
