Caroline Jones

Caroline is an experienced senior associate in our employment team. As a solicitor with higher rights of audience, she works cross sector undertaking all aspects of employment work and specialises in advising clients on complex, multi-day ET cases.   

Caroline is currently responsible for acting on behalf of a number of former part-time judges in the long running O’Brien judicial pensions litigation. These claims were brought by judicial office holders for pensions under the Part-Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations. In addition, Caroline acts for a wide variety of clients including those in the public sector, education and commercial clients.
