Amy is a highly respected partner in the regional and national market. Amy focuses on non-contentious transactions acting for insolvency practitioners, clearing banks, asset based lenders, private equity providers, government bodies, and individuals.
Over the last 15 years, Amy has developed specialisms in ABL funding, restructuring plans (of which she has advised on five SME plans) and administrations within the automotive sector involving complex funding arrangements, trading and restructuring for OEMs globally.
Amy has been ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 for five years and in Band 3 in Chambers for three years.
