- Update on Planning and Infrastructure Bill, with a particular focus on plan making – Sophie Hoffman.
- Conservation covenants – Helen Gill will be reflecting on lessons learnt working with various Responsible Bodies on Conservation Covenants, and considering what potential benefits there may be to local authorities applying for Responsible Body status.
- Planning case law update – Jessica Bannon.
- Renewables applications – with a particular focus on the NSIP/DCO process – Ben Standing.
