We are pleased to invite you to join us for our popular Claims Club, which will take place in-person in our Birmingham office and where the focus will be risk mitigation and personal development in the public sector. Following the session you are very welcome to stay for refreshments and networking - possibly even involving a festive quiz!
Topics will include:
- Inquests – our in-house barristers team will discuss developments in the legal landscape of coronial law, the approach taken by coroners/families at inquests and how Local Authorities can practically best manage risk and reputation.
- O-Shaped – an introduction to the O Shaped Movement, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and personal development.
- Legal update – we will reflect on key legal developments over the past 12 months, to include the move to compulsory ADR and significant decisions in a social care context.
