Browne Jacobson’s Manchester corporate team advises Pathel UK Ltd on its acquisition of Proflex Hose Limited

Browne Jacobson’s Manchester based corporate team has advised Pathel UK Ltd on its acquisition of Proflex Hose Ltd (Proflex Hose) for an undisclosed consideration.

Lancashire based Pathel UK Ltd is the UK subsidiary of French based, Pathel Industrie which launched in 2019. The Pathel group specialises in the provision of high-quality couplings and fittings equipment, stainless steel hoses and technical hoses.

Proflex Hose, which is based in Chorley, Lancashire and was set up in 2005, is a leading design manufacturer and supplier of metallic & PTFE assemblies to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries across the UK.

The partnering will support the growth of the Pathel and Proflex Hose brands, products and service lines.

The Browne Jacobson team was led by senior associate, Ryan Brown (corporate), with assistance from associates Bethany Pickup (corporate) and Michael Parkinson (real estate).
