Tia's career at Browne Jacobson LLP began with her participation in the firm's Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage (REACH) mentoring scheme in 2024, showcasing her dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the legal sector. This experience not only enriched her professional development but also ignited her passion for contributing to the firm's social mobility initiatives. Following her performance at the firm's assessment centre, Tia was awarded a training contract, marking the start of her path to qualification as a solicitor through the SQE apprenticeship route, set to commence in September 2025. 

Based in the Birmingham office, Tia's role transcends geographical boundaries as she collaborates with fee earners across various locations, bringing her unique insights and dedication to each project she undertakes. Her journey from a mentee in the REACH program to a future trainee solicitor exemplifies her commitment to personal growth and her contribution to the firm's ethos of inclusivity and excellence.
