Tarteel Abdelrahman

Tarteel is a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has started her journey at Browne Jacobson specialising in providing Employment Law advice within the Education sector. Tarteel has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work.

As part of her legal training, Tarteel represented Claimant’s in Employment matters and gained a wealth of experience dealing with Trade Unions and private employee matters. In addition to providing advice and managing employment tribunal proceedings Tarteel currently works closely with clients, advising upon school and trust-based employment matters.

Tarteel plays a crucial role in ensuring that the rights and interests of Education clients are always at the forefront of her mind. She is committed to delivering the highest quality legal service and representation to her clients, as part of her role. Tarteel is able to navigate complex and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy, while always keeping her clients' best interests in mind.

Prior to joining us Tarteel developed extensive Employment experience dealing with small and medium business employers; ranging from multiple redundancy situations, dismissals to advising on statutory leave such as holiday and maternity.
