Olivia Gerrard

Olivia is a clinical negligence lawyer working within the specialist mental health and offender health clinical claims team.

She manages her own case load of cases of pre-action and litigated cases whilst also assisting senior fee earners on complex, high profile and high value claims. Olivia also routinely works alongside Inquest fee earners to advise on potential civil claims that may arise alongside Inquest proceedings.

Olivia deals with cases sensitively and supports factual witnesses throughout. Before joining Browne Jacobson LLP, Olivia worked in Claimant clinical negligence and personal injury, advising claimants on technical legal issues in a straightforward manner.
