Heather Turner

Heather is a senior associate in our business and professional risk team in Manchester. Heather specialises in the defence of claims brought against a variety of professionals and has extensive experience in defending solicitor negligence claims and advising professional indemnity insurers in respect of policy coverage issues. 

Typically, under instruction by PI insurers, Heather handles claims against brokers, solicitors, barristers, surveyors and architects. Often these claims are complex, involve multiple parties, and are of high value. Heather also advises insurers on matters of policy coverage and coverage disputes.   

Having worked with different insurer clients and spent time on secondment, Heather has a genuine understanding of our clients' businesses and the sectors in which they operate.
