Emma Groman

Emma is a legal assistant in the Technical Claims Teams. She is involved in defending claims for major insurers and their clients in the public and private sector including health, education and social welfare.

She has experience in claims involving human rights violations, discrimination, institutional abuse and workplace injuries. Emma assisted in a claim relating to the Manchester Arena Bombing as well as the Incident at the Tate Modern.

Being fluent in French and English and having studied law in both countries, she is able to work on files involving both sides of the Channel.
