Daniella Davies

Daniella Davies is an HR Consultant within the HR Services for Education Clients team, she was originally based in our Southwest office for the last 10 years supporting education clients in Devon, Cornwall, Salisbury, Somerset & Dorset. She recently relocated to Birmingham and now supports a wide range of education clients in the West Midlands region and beyond. 

Daniella is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has over 22 years’ experience in HR.  Daniella also holds the CIPD Graduateship and a BA Honours degree in English & History.

Over the last 22 years, Daniella has worked in both private and public sector organisations working in both the health and social care and education sectors

Daniella’s education roles have including being Head of Human Resources for a private organisation which owned and ran 11 special education private schools across the UK, and HR Manager at a Multi Academy Trust.

Daniella has lots of experience of managing complex HR case work including discipline, grievance, capability, grievance, etc. Daniella’s key motivation is to help organisations to effectively manage difficult situations, making sure they feel supported whilst doing so.
