Cullan Wing

Cullan is an Associate in the Construction team based in the Cardiff office. He has a broad range of experience advising public and private sector clients on construction, infrastructure and energy projects both domestically and internationally. Cullan regularly advises on complex transactions with clients including government bodies, local authorities and multinational corporations.   

Cullan maintains a particular interest in renewable energy having previously advised on schemes in the hydrogen, solar, onshore and offshore wind sectors across various jurisdictions.

Cullan is also committed to pro bono work and has previously worked alongside the UN Human Rights Council, the AIRE Immigration Centre and the Toynbee Hall Legal Advice Centre, as well as being heavily involved in Browne Jacobson’s FAIRE scheme.
