Andrea, our Head of Facilities, is a member of our senior management team, with a wealth of 30 years’ experience in facilities management (FM).

Her journey in FM is underpinned by a solid foundation in customer service, developed through her experience in the hotel, hospitality, and travel industries. This background has been pivotal in shaping Andrea's approach to facilities management, where she skilfully combines operational efficiency with exceptional service standards.

Andrea's role is significant in shaping our firm's culture and ethos as well as ensuring our firm's adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards. Her strategic vision encompasses not only the traditional aspects of FM but also a strong commitment to sustainability and the well-being of our employees. She ensures that our physical spaces are safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible, aligning with the firm's dynamic needs and core values.
