Michael Appleby

Michael is a partner in our financial and professional risks team based in the firm’s Manchester office. Michael specialises in professional negligence with extensive experience in the defence of negligence claims against solicitors, and in policy coverage advice. Michael has extensive experience of managing and supervising professional negligence claims on a delegated authority basis for a range of international insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates and MGAs.
