Browne Jacobson has been invited to take part in an exclusive online forum hosted by the publication Insider on the East Midlands Airport Freeport, announced by the Chancellor Rishi Sunak earlier this month.
The forum will explore the opportunities and benefits that the new business super hub will bring to businesses situated and head quartered across the wider Midlands region and will delve into how it will work in practice.
Peter Ware, partner and head of the firm’s government practice will be speaking at the event. He said:

East Midlands Airport is one of eight sites that has been granted freeport status across the UK. It could potentially add £2bn to the region’s economy and create around 60,000 jobs. It also offers businesses tax incentives and property development opportunities.
