Browne Jacobson’s corporate finance lawyers are celebrating after two of its deals won major awards at the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2022.
The team were named advisors on the ‘Refinance Deal of the Year’ - the £40m refinancing of Construction Testing Solutions and ‘Mid-Market Deal of the Year’ – the MBO of Kingswood Corporation.
The awards ceremony which took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, is one of the biggest dates in the region’s corporate finance calendar and showcases the successes of some of the Midlands’ finest corporate dealmaking talent.
