The Department of Health and Social Care have called for evidence as part of a review to consider the operation (including compliance and enforcement) of the statutory duty of candour for health and social care providers.
Join us for this special Shared Insights when we will be discussing the call for evidence.
The session will be chaired by Carl May Smith, a Partner in our regulatory team. We will be joined by a number of speakers who will share their insights and invite delegates to share theirs into the questions posed in the call for evidence.
Browne Jacobson will then capture the discussion points and insights in our formal response to the call for evidence for submission by 29 May 2024.
Join us to have your say - there will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to debate the issues and share thoughts and experience, to ensure these can be captured and reflected in our response to help shape the future development of the duty of candour.
